Retainer engagements are simple. For a fixed fee, clients have access via email and phone for a set period of time to get a second or first opinion on any issue they bring to the table. The retainer engagement is the equivalent of having a personal trainer. The gym is always open, you can go and train. The equipment is there for you, and you can ask your trainer to help you if you’re uncertain about something. But it’s up to you when you go to the gym and what you do there.

Prices start at £350 a day, for two day’s minimum a month. The contracted minimum period is for three months, (12 months with a one month break clause after the initial period). Supported with an SLA.

Maintenance Agreement;

A maintenance agreement is typically for a minimum of three days a month and for a period of 12 months, (Three month break clause). This ensures a dedicated, passionate focus with tactical and strategic goals from the outset. Rates start at £1050 PCM.

This is a long-term engagement with fees starting at £10,000 and can only be assessed on a case by case basis.

Hourly Consulting;

The level of benefit a company will derive for an hours consultancy will vary on both the size of the opportunity and the size of the company. As a guide prices start at £1000 an hour with no contract.

We won’t engage with a company unless we see that we can deliver value. We have and will continue to refuse clients on the basis that it’s too early to engage us, or that no value can be derived against our fees.
